Original oil painting on canvas in wood stretcher and ornate frame. It shows a woman in a landscape. It is signed and dated on the lower right "L.G. Pelouse 1885". Leon Germain Pelouse was a French painter born 1838-1891, very well listed. The work comes in good condition, very minor age cracks. The canvas measures 18 inches x 25 inches and 26 inches x 32 inches framed. The frame shows a gesso loss on the corner and age cracks.
