Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Galerie du Louvre Antiques. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or for larger items, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges on our site are included in the price for USA and Canada. This includes item insurance for loss only.

Items are shipping via Canada post for purchases under $1000. Items over $1000 are shipped with DHL, UPS or FedEx.

All items regardless of amount have a tracking number and are insured for loss.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Galerie du Louvre does not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Galerie du Louvre is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Some items may contain materials that are restricted in certain countries. Please inform yourself before buying. 

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the UK, New Zealand and Australia. Buyers from these countries must contact us directly via email or phone to place their order. This is done to establish the shipping cost prior to purchase.

Once that has been established, an invoice will be sent via email.
